Amazon could be moving away from its Fire OS in favour of the more standard Android.
This idea has come about through a leaked image of a new 10-inch Amazon Fire tablet which has a particularly Android-y display.
Amazon has recently announced a a sub-$50 6-inch tablet that’ll be with us by Christmas, as well as the new 4K Fire TV box, but they may have at least one more trick up their sleeve if this image is anything to go by.
There’s a chance this could be a hoax image but given the continued innovation from Amazon (as well as the 6-pack gimmick of the new tablets) this could be the next step in their bid to increase their tablet market share.
